Acceptable Use Policy
PhantomX is creator-friendly, including lawful adult content, but has a strict line against minors, coercion, exploitation and illegal use.
Allowed in principle
Lawful creator references, ads, reels, cinematic material and consensual adult/NSFW material may be processed when every depicted person in sexual or nude material is 18+ and the user has the rights needed to process it.
Never allowed
Do not process sexual content involving anyone under 18, age-ambiguous sexual content, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic or hidden-camera sexual material, stolen private intimate media, or content whose possession or processing is unlawful.
Rights and consent
Do not use material in a way that unlawfully violates another person’s privacy, image/publicity rights, copyright or contractual rights. You must have a lawful basis for your use of the reference.
Age uncertainty
If you are not sure that every person depicted in sexual or nude content is 18 or older, do not process the content. A user’s guess is not a substitute for a reasonable basis to know that all depicted persons are adults.
Enforcement
We may reject requests, disable features, suspend accounts or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may also take steps required by applicable law after receiving a valid notice or obtaining actual knowledge of illegal activity.
Effective: 17 August 2026. These terms may be updated as the service, applicable law, and third-party integrations change.
