Terms of Service
Rules for using PhantomX Creator Hub, including content requirements, membership access, user responsibility and enforcement rights.
1. Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the files, references, prompts and other material you choose to process. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions and lawful authority required to use that material with the service.
2. Adult-content rule
Adult or NSFW material may be processed only when every person depicted in sexual or nude content is an adult aged 18 or older, the material is lawful and consensual, and you have the legal right to process it. If age is uncertain, ambiguous, disputed or cannot reasonably be verified, do not use the material with PhantomX Creator Hub.
3. Strictly prohibited material
You must not process content involving minors in sexual contexts, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera sexual material, unlawful threats or violence, stolen private media, or other material whose possession, processing or distribution is illegal. You must not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright or other third-party rights.
4. No licence to illegal use
PhantomX Creator Hub provides creator tools. Nothing in the service authorises conduct that would otherwise be unlawful. You remain responsible for checking the law that applies to your content, location and intended use.
5. Media and AI processing
Video Rebuild uses temporary backend processing for submitted reference video. Image to Prompt sends the prepared reference image and instructions for the requested AI analysis. Loop Studio and supported Creator Tools process selected source media locally in the browser. Additional details are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Membership and included usage
Some PhantomX features require an active membership entitlement. Included AI credits are feature-usage allowances for supported PhantomX AI actions, are not cash or stored monetary value, and do not create an automatic right to paid overage usage. Access may pause when the applicable included allowance is exhausted or when the membership entitlement is no longer active.
7. Enforcement
We may refuse processing, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, preserve information when legally required, and cooperate with valid legal requests or mandatory reporting obligations. These rights apply even when a file is not permanently stored by the service.
8. Third-party services
Features that connect to third-party services are also subject to those services’ applicable terms and privacy practices. PhantomX does not grant rights to third-party content, models, media or accounts.
9. Legal responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses or liabilities arising from content you unlawfully process or from your breach of these Terms. These Terms are product terms and are not a substitute for legal advice about your own obligations.
