How the current PhantomX Creator Hub build handles account data, reference media, AI requests and local browser data.
1. Data minimisation
PhantomX Creator Hub is designed to minimise collection and retention of creator media. The current product does not provide a permanent server-side library for Rebuild reference videos or Image to Prompt reference images.
2. Video Rebuild
When you use Video Rebuild, the selected reference video is transmitted to the application backend for temporary processing. The server reads video metadata, detects shot boundaries and extracts representative frames. Temporary source and frame files are deleted when the request finishes.
3. Image to Prompt
The selected reference image is prepared in your browser and is not sent until you choose to generate a prompt. When generation is requested, the prepared image and your instructions are sent to the PhantomX backend and the configured AI service so the requested visual analysis and recreation prompt can be produced.
4. Returned analysis
Rebuild returns generated analysis, extracted frames or prompt data to your browser for display and use. The current Rebuild endpoints do not represent these files as a permanent PhantomX cloud media library.
5. Loop Studio and Creator Tools
Loop Studio and supported Creator Tools process selected media locally in your browser. Their normal preview and export workflows do not require uploading that source media to PhantomX media storage. Some browser-local tools may load application code or libraries from the network while still keeping the selected media local.
6. Local browser data
Creator Profile settings, Prompt Vault and Preset Vault data, interface preferences, tool usage state and the 18+ safety acknowledgement may be stored in your browser using localStorage or similar browser storage. Clearing browser storage can remove this local data, and it is not represented as cross-device cloud sync.
7. Account and entitlement data
When account authentication is enabled, PhantomX may process the account and entitlement information needed to establish a session, verify membership access and track included feature usage. Third-party authentication and subscription services remain subject to their own privacy terms.
8. AI service processing
AI-powered Rebuild actions may send the minimum reference data, prompt instructions and technical context needed to the configured AI service. Do not submit material you are not legally entitled to process, and do not use Rebuild for material you do not want transmitted for the requested AI action.
9. Your controls
You can choose not to use cloud-backed Rebuild actions, clear local browser data through your browser controls, and sign out of an authenticated PhantomX session at any time.
Effective: 17 August 2026. These terms may be updated as the service, applicable law, and third-party integrations change.
